General
These conditions of sale are deemed to apply to all sales made by DIY Kitchens Perth to it’s customers unless they are specifically varied in writing by DIY Kitchens Perth.

Purchase Orders
Purchase orders placed by any person or company must me in writing and any variation to such orders must be confirmed in writing.

Prices
Unless otherwise expressly stated by DIY Kitchens Perth in writing, all goods will be charged at the prices ruling on the date the purchase order is accepted. Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are quoted and payable in Australian Dollars.

Payment
100% payment on acceptance of the order.

Delivery Instructions and Time Frames
DIY Kitchens Perth will endeavour to manufacture and deliver/arrange for pickup within the time frame requested by the customer. However certain issues such as availability of product from our suppliers are out of our control may from time to time result in delay.

Property & Risk
Legal and Beneficial Title of the goods shall remain with DIY Kitchens Perth until payment has been received in full and the funds have cleared.

Return of Damaged Goods/Claim
Until such time that damaged goods have been returned to DIY Kitchens Perth – payment will be required for any replacement goods.
Please note that claims must be made within 7 (seven) working days of receiving delivery of goods.

Product Specifications
DIY Kitchens Perth reserves the right to vary product specifications without notice. Orders may vary by up to 1mm on actual sizes given by the customer.

Patents
Where DIY Kitchens Perth has followed a design of instruction given by a customer, the customer will indemnify DIY Kitchens Perth against all damages, penalties, costs and expenses to which DIY Kitchens Perth may become liable through any work required to be done in accordance with those instructions involving an infringement of any patent, trade mark, registered design, copyright or common law right.

Indemnity
Without prejudice to any other rights DIY Kitchens Perth may have, the customer shall indemnify DIY Kitchens Perth for any loss, damage or expense incurred by DIY Kitchens Perth should the customer cancel any order or breach any term thereof.
